From North:

Take US-45 South  to Hampton Ave turning right (West)

Take Hampton Ave West to 127^th Street and turn right (North) on 127^th Street.

Go 3 blocks North until Fairmount Ave and turn left on Fairmount Ave.

From South:

Take US-45 North  to Hampton Ave turning left (West)

Take Hampton Ave West to 127^th Street and turn right (North) on 127^th Street.

Go 3 blocks North until Fairmount Ave and turn left on Fairmount Ave.

The gym will be about 1 block West on Fairmount on the right side of the road.
