Trophy Pick up Information:

Friday, March 28^th, 2008 at St. John Vianney gym 5 pm to 6 pm.

Awards to 1^st and 2^nd place teams as posted in final standings.

If there was a tie for first, no second place awards will be given.

If there were ties for second, awards will be given to all teams tied.

The Padre Serra Tournament officially announced today that it is expanding its field to 50 boy’s and 50 girl’s teams in 2008 in honor of its 50^th Anniversary. Some first round games will need to be played at parish gyms to narrow the field down. Read about this and other exciting changes at the Padre Web Site: www.thepadreserra.org

All roster forms should be filled out by the coaches and emailed back to Tom Collopy or handed in at the Coaches meeting on November 27^th.

We would prefer that all team rosters be handed in at the coaches and

athletic director meeting. Drop dead date is Sunday, December 2nd. If we

are not in receipt of them by that date, you face a possible forfeit.

Children can be added to the roster at anytime during the season. A call to

Tom Collopy or to Gary to confirm the addition of a child is sufficient for the child

to be eligible immediately. Then the roster with either principal, AD,

or A/D signing off should be send to Tom Collopy within 10 days. If we do

not receive the updated roster, and there is a protest, the team WILL

forfeit. If you do not call or cannot reach Gary or Tom, then any NDDB

Board Member is also acceptable.
